Location: 5 minutes walk from Monument train station

Remuneration: £18.29 p/h

Contract Details: Temporary, 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Administer all BPSS checks for new joiners and existing employees moving onto high-level security work for the UK Government.
  • Provide timely and clear communications and status updates to project leads.
  • Collaborate with project leads and HR managers to resolve checks that are not cleared.
  • Attend and lead calls with client PMOs to provide agreed updates and address issues.
  • Produce and develop Local Work Instructions and process maps.
  • Respond to incoming client issues and requests at all levels daily.
  • Deliver satisfactory outcomes to issues and requests at all client levels daily.
  • Represent the organisation professionally while dealing with various 3rd parties.
  • Handle all confidential and sensitive data per the organisation's data protection policy and UK Government guidance.
  • Review and approve 3rd party invoice requests, ensuring costs align with the clearances conducted.
  • Support the Team Lead with Business Excellence requirements.
  • Provide BPSS aftercare services to clients.

Skills We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in Recruitment Administration.
  • Familiarity with conducting DBS, DS checks, and/or National Security Vetting.

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs/O-Levels or equivalent.
  • Proven success in contributing within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
