This is a great opportunity to join the Design Analytics & Measurement team. As a Senior Design Insight Analyst, you'll be responsible for embedding a data-driven approach to the design of change. Leveraging the Group's wealth of customer data to apply advanced behavioural analytics skills to identify, inform and quantify the impact of design driven change.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for an experienced data analyst/data scientist who will be responsible for the analytics agenda within a particular change domain. Someone who is able to support the design of customer centric change through the delivery of robust, high quality, actionable customer insights. You'll need to show a passion for the role data can play in driving evidence-based decision making, and an ability to translate data into practical analytics which creates impact and influences the direction of change. Someone who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues from across a number of fields, balance technical and business narratives, and effectively prioritise their own resources.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent understanding of SQL.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytical techniques.
- A track record of translating data into compelling stories.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of financial services.
- A strong communicator with great influencing skills.
- The desire to make a difference!
- Experience of Data Visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- A good knowledge of core analytical methods and statistical approaches.
- Experience of Python.
