Pay: £16-£18 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours: 35 hours per week (9:00am - 5:00pm, 1-hour lunch)

Working Pattern: Office based 5 days a week. Applicants MUST be able to work in the office 5 days a week/ full time

Duration: Initially for 3-6 months with the potential for a longer contract depending on business demand

About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our clients team based in London. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of complex product data. This is not just a data entry role - it requires someone who can think critically, identify inconsistencies, and take ownership of their workload with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain regulatory data
  • Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Identify inconsistencies or gaps and implement improvements
  • Track and update the status of regulatory submissions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
