Our client, a growing consultancy, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join their expanding team. The Role

As Project Coordinator, you'll act as a central support function for the consultancy team, ensuring projects run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and clients receive a high level of service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to senior staff and project teams
  • Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and tracking project timelines
  • Setting up, maintaining, and updating project records and documentation

  • Maintaining structured electronic filing systems
  • Raising invoices and processing timesheets and expenses
