Job Title: Customer Tasting Hub Facilitator Contract: 12 months (rolling) Rate: £13.36 per hour Hours: Flexible – between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Sunday (14-37.5 hours per week) Part time or Full Time available. About the Role As a Customer Tasting Hub Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in our store by inviting customers to participate in exciting taste tests. Your responsibilities will include preparing delicious food samples and gathering valuable feedback-all while adhering to our strict Health & Hygiene standards. Don\’t worry if you lack experience; full training will be provided, including a food hygiene course! Key Responsibilities: Welcome Customers: Engage with shoppers and invite them to participate in blind tastings. Prepare Food Samples: Follow back-of-pack instructions and safety protocols to ensure quality. Gather Feedback: Recruit shoppers from the shop floor and collect feedback using questionnaires. Team Collaboration: Work within a small team to conduct customer panels on various products. Data Recording: Accurately record and present data using spreadsheets and databases. Ongoing Training: Attend training days and maintain required certifications. Support Quality Testing: Assist the Quality Team with ad-hoc customer testing when needed. Integrity: Follow the Business Code of Conduct and act with integrity at all times. Skills & Experience: Friendly & Engaging: A warm and confident approach to interacting with customers is essential. Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is required. Food Industry Background: A background in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Basic Cooking Skills: Ability to prepare simple products according to instructions. IT Skills: Familiarity with data tracking and basic IT skills is an advantage. Training Provided: Don\’t worry if you\’re new to food hygiene-full training will be provided! Additional Details: Flexible Hours: Choose from part-time or full-time (14-37.5 hours per week), between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Sunday. Ready to Join Us?
