Join our Supply Chain team as a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for customer queries, building strong relationships. Manage customer demand and forecasts, ensuring orders are processed and delivered to timescales requested. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and manage export documentation. Optimise transport costs and monitor customer inventory. About You Experience in Sales Administration or similar roles. Proficient in CRM systems, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
