Role Purpose

Deliver high-quality, professional customer service. Resolve enquiries efficiently, aiming for first-time resolution, and support continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
  • Accurately log all interactions and conduct satisfaction surveys.
  • Use feedback to tailor services and support improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Uphold equality, data protection, and health & safety standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Frontline customer service experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and IT systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
