Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

Contract Type: Permanent | Full Time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the backbone of our client's customer support team, providing efficient and professional service to our dealers and customers. You will play a key role in supporting both their sales team and after-sales service team, ensuring maximum efficiency and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone calls and emails from customers and dealers regarding pricing, orders, returns, and after-sales service.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to assist customers effectively.
  • Utilise company systems including SAP, Salesforce, and Teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot frequently asked questions to provide quick solutions.
