Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate customer order fulfilment with precision.
- Liaise with site production and keep customers updated on delivery status.
- Process customer sales orders efficiently using the ERP system.
- Raise stock replenishment orders as needed.
- Manage and update customer portals for key accounts seamlessly.
- Establish, manage, and update customer price lists accurately.
- Input Bills of Materials (BOMs) for parts in manufacture, liaising with the Commercial & Manufacturing team as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or sales administration role.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for processing orders.
- An eagerness to learn about Bills of Material.
- Experience in document control and administration is a plus.
