Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective students and parents with university applications and queries via phone.
- Provide accurate and empathetic information about the admissions and application processes.
- Ensure a professional and supportive customer experience at all times.
- Record and manage information in compliance with data protection requirements.
- Thrive in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
- Support new team members during peak Clearing week.
Person Specification:
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure.
- High level of spoken and written communication.
- Available for the full duration of the assignment.
- Proficient in using PCs and general IT systems, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a similar customer advisor role is essential.
Technical Requirements:
- Personal device running Windows 11 or above (Apple devices, Chromebooks, and tablets not compatible).
- Up-to-date antivirus software installed.
- Functioning headset (speakers not permitted).
- Access to a quiet, distraction-free working environment.
