Position: Customer Service Advisor Contract Type: Temporary ongoing Working Pattern: Part Time – 8am to 1pm Location: Working from Home What You\’ll Do: Provide first-rate service through inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts. Assist customers via Digital Mail Service and Web Chat. Update systems while handling sensitive customer data. Guide customers to the right resources and escalate inquiries as needed.
