Adecco are working in partnership with Serco to recruit candidates to work as an essential public service worker, where you will be a vital member of the Serco team.
The role involves:
- Providing end-to-end customer service on multiple streams including interacting with stakeholders at various levels including handling inbound and outbound calls and making relevant escalations as necessary.
- Data input from standardised templates onto company systems
- Good IT skills including use of CRM and Microsoft Office

Requirements:
- You must have a minimum WIFI download speed of 8mgb, Minimum Upload Speed: 3Mbps and where possible a wired network connection (ethernet connection) to the router should be used to allow for a more stable internet connection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to follow instructions and processes
- Resilience and the ability to work in a faced paced, high pressured team environment
- Verified RTW documentation
- Consent to undertake BPSS verification and willingness to provide employment history
- Willingness and consent to apply for a DBS check
- Ability to work on a out of hours service from home between 1am – 9am
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a confident telephone manner with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly with people to assess their needs in a timely manner
- Ability to handle the sensitive nature of calls/contacts to the service with empathy, professionalism, and a non-judgemental approach
- An understanding of confidentiality
