Job Title: Customer Services Adviser Location: Old Hall Street, Wolverhampton Contract Details: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £13.05 per hour Working time: Monday 8.30am – 1pm, Tue ad Wed 9am – 5pm Office Working About Our Client: Join a dynamic team within the Education Directorate of a leading public sector organisation committed to providing the best possible care and support for our community. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure all enquiries are processed in a timely manner. Assist with enrolment processes and provide clear information about courses and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the MIS system. Greet and assist visitors in accordance with ID policies. Handle student ID badges, travel cards, and examination certificates. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and support general administration duties. Demonstrate discretion and sensitivity in all interactions. Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanour. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. Proficient in data entry and administration tasks. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively. Strong time management and organisational skills. Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an educational setting. Familiarity with enrolment processes. Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures in public sector organisations. Technologies: Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
