We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-known organisation on the Isle of Sheppey. We are supporting the growth of the company with new projects being taken on board. You\’ll be based in the office with a close knit team completing various duties within the role. We are looking for candidates that are used to working to deadlines and enjoy multi-tasking. This is a great opportunity to get exposure in a growing organisation. This role is based in a modern open plan office environment with opportunity for progression and full training being provided.

Your primary duty will be to support their customers, you will be the first point of contact for any enquiries and will provide the full detail of the services they offer as well as offer a positive experience ! We are looking for candidates that enjoy speaking with customers and going the extra mile !

Duties:

  • Answer customer questions about products and services quickly and accurately.
  • Handle orders, cancellations, and returns smoothly.
  • Resolve customer complaints by listening, communicating clearly, and offering solutions, or escalate if needed.
  • Track performance and create reports to help improve our service.
  • Suggest related products and services to customers.
  • Reply to customer reviews and feedback to ensure a great experience.
