Hours: 40 per week (8:00am - 4:30pm, 30-minute unpaid break)

Contract: Fixed-term (maternity cover until approx. 31st October)

Adecco are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Care role. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an excellent service while supporting the smooth running of operations. Acting as the central point of communication, you will liaise with customers, planning, procurement, and operations teams to keep orders moving, resolve issues quickly, and ensure plans remain on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery
  • Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Produce accurate quotes, credits, and invoices
  • Communicate any delays
