Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer with a strong background in tenancy management to take ownership of a large, diverse patch. The Role

As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality housing management service across a large geographical area. You will act as the key point of contact for tenants and leaseholders, ensuring excellent customer service and sustained tenancies.

  • Managing a large patch, taking full ownership of tenancy and estate management
  • Handling complex tenancy issues, including enforcement and legal action
  • Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases
  • Carrying out estate inspections and identifying improvements
  • Supporting vulnerable residents to sustain their tenancies
  • Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies

About You
