About the Role:
- Carrying out regular estate inspections and reporting maintenance issues
- Ensuring communal areas, bin stores, car parks and cycle stores are clean, safe and well‑presented
- Undertaking litter picking, refuse management and basic cleaning duties
- Assisting with minor maintenance tasks, including adjusting doors, hinges and fixtures
- Supporting soft landscaping activities such as watering, weed removal and leaf clearance
- Assisting with building systems testing, including emergency lighting and fire safety systems
- Monitoring health and safety compliance across the estate
- Supporting contractor management, including sign‑in procedures and permit checking
- Assisting with building security, CCTV monitoring and visitor management
- Responding professionally to resident enquiries and concerns
- Supporting resident move‑ins, move‑outs and community events
About You:
- Experience in a customer service or service delivery environment
- Experience carrying out basic cleaning, maintenance or repair tasks
- Understanding of health and safety requirements, including COSHH and risk assessments
- Clear and professional communication with a wide range of people
- Ownership of issues and delivery of solutions
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
- Physical capability to carry out manual duties, including lifting and use of cleaning equipment
- A full clean driving licence would be advantageous.
