About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused In‑House Product Demonstrator to represent our brand during a key activation period. You will play a vital front-facing role, engaging with visitors, showcasing products, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. If you enjoy speaking with people, have a passion for great products, and love delivering outstanding customer experiences, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Product Demonstration & Customer Engagement: Deliver clear, polished, and interactive face‑to‑face demonstrations. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value in an engaging, simple way. Encourage hands‑on product trials and guide customers with confidence and safety. Answer questions and provide honest, informative advice to help customers choose the right product.
- Sales Support: Influence buying decisions through excellent communication and product knowledge. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where appropriate. Maintain strong product expertise to handle customer needs and objections.
- Brand Representation: Be the "face of the brand" for walk-in customers, showroom visitors, retailers, and partners. Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere at all times. Keep the demonstration area clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
