Project Management

  • Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on project deliverables using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage daily workloads and respond to both long-term and short-term tasks effectively.

Technical Expertise

  • Develop and maintain specialist technical knowledge to provide top‑notch guidance to the team.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance departmental capabilities.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry innovations and trends.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Foster effective communication with internal teams and across the Group.
  • Actively participate in technical meetings, representing the company with professionalism.
  • Escalate issues and risks transparently to senior management as necessary.

Supplier Management

  • Lead the internal and outsourced project delivery, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution.
  • Design detailed instructions for suppliers, guiding them in executing projects within set parameters.
  • Oversee parts and materials acquisition, logistics, and the disciplined storage of project data.

Experience

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of design processes and model‑building techniques.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to build positive relationships across functions.
  • Strong project management and administrative skills, with proficiency in relevant software.
  • Ability to coach and share technical knowledge effectively with others.

Qualifications

  • Technical qualifications in Design, Engineering, or Model Making, including clay and hard models is desirable.
  • Documented experience in project management is essential.
