Key Responsibilities

Efficiently coordinate service and repair work, ensuring smooth operations.

Be the main point of contact, offering support and guidance to our valued customers.

Arrange parts for incoming jobs and maintain a small parts stock.

Advise on recommended actions and accurately report and invoice work completed.

Handle logistics booking and ensure all equipment is ready for service.

What You Need to Succeed

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role within the automotive industry.

Strong organization and administration skills, with proficiency in computer systems.

Ability to maintain service levels while reporting on KPIs and deadlines.
