Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm (Early Finish), 38 hours per week

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assembly, trimming and production of automotive interior components
  • Working with materials including leather, vinyl, fabric, foam and plastics
  • Hand assembly and machine-assisted assembly of components to specification
  • Trimming, fitting and finishing products to a high-quality standard
  • Operating production equipment and using hand tools safely and effectively
  • Following work instructions, technical drawings and manufacturing procedures
  • Performing visual quality inspections to ensure a premium finish
  • Supporting the achievement of daily production targets and deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
  • Working collaboratively within a production and assembly team
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in automotive trimming, assembly or production manufacturing is ideal
  • Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to follow instructions, drawings and specifications accurately
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
