Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the completion of Environmental Hygiene Cleaning Contracts to meet customer satisfaction and industry standards.
  • Coordinate operational teams in:
    • General Ventilation Cleaning
    • Fire Damper Testing
    • Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning
  • Liaise with customers to agree on work priorities and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations on-site and at the depot, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Supervise the Compliance Operatives to deliver high-quality results, adhering to training and skills acquired.
  • Manage equipment conditions, ensuring proper maintenance and reporting any issues as necessary.
  • Represent the company professionally on-site and promote a positive image.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Attendance: 100% attendance is expected for all jobs.
  • Safety: Adherence to risk assessments with zero RIDDOR incidents.
  • Efficiency: No aborted calls unless beyond your control.
  • Vehicle Safety: Maintain a clean driving record with no vehicle accidents.
