Join Our Team as a Cleaning Operative!
Are you ready to make a difference in the Facilities Management industry? Our client is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Cleaning Operatives to join their vibrant team! If you're passionate about cleanliness, safety, and teamwork, this is the opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
- Complete Cleaning Tasks: Carry out all cleans to a compliant standard within designated timescales.
- Safety First: Ensure the safety of all Service Users while performing your cleaning duties.
- Reporting and Communication: Update your Line Manager on completed cleans and maintain records on the AORA system.
- Material Management: Purchase materials from approved suppliers, keep receipts, and manage stock inventories.
- Waste Disposal: Safely remove and dispose of waste in approved licensed areas, recycling when possible.
- Adhere to Guidelines: Use all cleaning equipment and materials according to provided guidelines and wear PPE as required.
Working Hours:
Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Mobile Cleaning Role - have to drive to areas in Coventry for cleaning.
What You Bring:
We're looking for candidates who are not only skilled but also have a positive attitude! Here's what you need to succeed in this role:
- Essential Skills: A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel within the region (and occasionally within the UK). DBS Clearance. Competency in using IT systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Desirable Experience: Previous cleaning experience in households or large accommodations. Experience working both as part of a team and independently. Proven ability to manage time effectively. Willingness to work overtime based on business needs.
