Purpose of the Position: As a Course and Student Coordinator, you will provide top-notch professional support, ensuring a seamless experience for our students and academic colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Workloads: Manage the responsibilities of designated course and student administrators, guiding their training and performance to enhance support for academic staff and students. Student Lifecycle Management: Develop a thorough understanding of course provisions to ensure high-quality customer service throughout the student journey. Supervision & Support: Oversee all aspects of course and student administration from enrolment to completion, ensuring compliance with university regulations. Resolve Queries: Collaborate with academic staff to address and resolve a variety of student queries, maintaining service excellence throughout the student lifecycle. Study Abroad Coordination: Support incoming and outgoing study abroad and Erasmus students, ensuring adherence to university processes. Academic Support: Provide administrative support for course leaders and tutors to enhance student engagement and success. Data Management: Maintain student and course data integrity using the Student Records System (SITS), ensuring accurate record-keeping from enrolment to completion. Assessment Boards & Committees: Organise and clerk programme assessment boards and faculty committees, facilitating accurate reporting of results and awards. Data Integrity Projects: Supervise data integrity checks and analysis projects as directed, contributing to our commitment to service excellence. Why Join Us?
