Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for managers, guiding them through complex employee relations cases.
- Handle disciplinary, grievance, and appeal cases with professionalism and care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with unions and employee bodies.
- Support organisational design and change initiatives.
- Mediating disputes and managing tribunal case handling when necessary.
- Create and review People policies to ensure they meet best practices and legal compliance.
- Upskill managers through effective training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Roll out a People Services case management system to streamline processes.
- Stay updated on Employment Law changes and ensure compliance.

- Previous experience in Employee Relations is essential.
