Key Responsibilities:

  • Stripping and fitting panels with precision and care.
  • Carrying out repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition, adhering to approved methods.
  • Expertly pulling out dents using tools such as pin pullers, slide hammers, miracle pullers, jigs, and panel beating hammers.
  • Completing both minor and major filler work on panels to ensure a seamless finish.
  • Providing support to the bodyshop team across various departments as needed.
  • Mentoring and training bodyshop trainee staff, sharing your valuable expertise.

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician or Panel Beater.
  • A valid full UK Driving Licence.
  • A willingness to support and guide junior technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise when required.
  • A passion for the motor industry and a commitment to delivering work of the highest standards.
  • Ability to work independently on vehicles, demonstrating sound decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every task is completed to perfection.
