The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual looking for consistent weekday work with an immediate start.

Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for the safe movement, storage and distribution of stock while supporting daily operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard areas
  • Stacking and storing goods in designated locations
  • Completing daily vehicle and equipment checks
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
  • Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

  • Previous Counterbalance driving experience is essential
  • Valid RTITB Counterbalance licence/certificate required
  • Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
  • Ability to work accurately in a busy environment
  • Reliable, punctual and hard-working attitude
  • Available for an immediate start
