Responsibilities

  • Conducting conveyancing transactions with diligence and precision.
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and written correspondence.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Managing client identification verification in line with AML policies.
  • Addressing client inquiries promptly, ideally within 2 hours.
  • Overseeing your team's performance and fostering a supportive environment.
  • Analyzing team performance and implementing strategies to meet targets.
  • Facilitating monthly communication with introducers and gathering feedback.
  • Addressing complaints in accordance with established procedures.
