Review and approve key compliance documentation, including: Gas Safety Certificates Electrical Safety Certificates Fire Risk Assessments Energy Performance Certificates Other statutory health and safety documentation Conduct inspections of temporary accommodation properties, identifying defects, disrepair issues, and compliance concerns.
