Pay Rate: From £14.89 per hour (during induction and training) then £17.87

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring production processes run efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a complete production line or production sequence within a control room environment
  • Monitor and manage production processes and performance parameters
  • Set up and control production programmes
  • Carry out routine and specialised quality checks
  • Monitor process results and take appropriate action where required
  • Follow contingency procedures when production deviations occur
  • Contribute to the assessment of production outcomes and quality standards
  • Liaise with maintenance teams regarding repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Support and advise manufacturing staff where necessary
  • Remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift
