As part of the Maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably while contributing to continuous improvement and predictive maintenance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out reactive maintenance and fault-finding on electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtime
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, including Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO)
  • Update maintenance records using CMMS systems
  • Support continuous improvement, TPM, and reliability initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance environment
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
  • A logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Good IT skills and the ability to use maintenance management systems
  • Understanding of Health & Safety procedures and risk assessments
  • Ability to work effectively within a team

Desirable Experience

  • HNC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with PLCs, automation, or robotics
  • Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Interest in Industry 4.0 technologies, AI, and predictive maintenance
