Our client is seeking motivated Conveyancing Paralegals to join their teams in Sunderland office. You will play a vital role in supporting clients through their home buying and selling journey while collaborating with Conveyancers to create a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide full assistance and support to Conveyancers on all transactional matters.
- Liaise with clients and third parties to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain our case management system and progress key milestones.
- Issue sale contract packs and prepare sale reports.
- Obtain redemption statements and draught completion statements and invoices.
- Undertake relevant searches and prepare transfer deeds, SDLT, and tenancy declarations.
- Compile completion packs and manage calls to clients and third parties.
- Handle Conveyancer calls and visitors when they are unavailable.
- Perform any other administrative duties to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the transaction.
- Customer Service Skills: You excel in providing excellent service and building rapport with clients.
- Organisational Skills: Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is second to none.
- Excellent Telephone Manner: You communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
