  • Deliver work to specified standards, utilising your training and skills.
  • Represent the organisation professionally at all times.
  • Assist the Compliance Supervisor in training new operatives.
  • Maintain equipment in serviceable condition and report any issues promptly.
  • Uphold the Company Code of Conduct at all times.
  • Complete contracts on time and to the highest standards.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintain 100% attendance to all jobs.
  • Achieve zero aborted calls (unless beyond your control).
  • Drive safely if designated as the team driver.
