Overview We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of key mechanical and electrical compliance programmes across a large residential property portfolio.

The role will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance across gas, electrical and wider mechanical systems, providing assurance that all legal and regulatory obligations are met whilst driving contractor performance and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical compliance programmes across the property portfolio.

Oversee gas servicing, gas safety compliance and associated remedial works.

Manage day-to-day electrical compliance activities, including testing, inspections and remedial programmes.

Ensure compliance across key mechanical systems and assets.

Monitor compliance performance against statutory requirements, internal policies and service standards.

Manage specialist contractors, consultants and service providers, ensuring contractual and performance requirements are achieved.

Review compliance certification, inspection records and associated documentation.

Identify compliance risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Produce compliance reports, performance data and assurance updates for senior management.
