Location: Croydon - Hybrid working, 2 days Office / 3 days remote

Hourly rate: £17.59 PAYE / £23.24 UMB Per Hour

Contract Length: 3-month contract (possibility of extension)

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours

Role Make a Difference in Housing Safety & Compliance

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent support services? Join our Compliance Team and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and regulatory compliance of housing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate compliance records, ensuring all certification and documentation is validated, processed and stored correctly.
  • Review and verify compliance certificates for accuracy, completeness, and statutory validity.
  • Coordinate with residents, contractors, and teams to arrange inspections, servicing, and remedial works.
  • Raise and manage works orders, purchase orders, invoices, and financial documentation in line with procedures.
  • Liaise with contractors to track progress, obtain certification, and ensure full compliance reporting.
  • Monitor performance data and support service improvement and business intelligence activities.
  • Ensure audit readiness with thorough and compliant record keeping at all times.

  • Experience in administration, compliance, or housing/property services (desirable).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
