About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to support our EMEA compensation programs. This role will play a key part in ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices across the region, working closely with HR and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and communicate compensation programs, including salary administration, job evaluations, and market pricing.
  • Manage compensation survey participation, including data collection, submission, and analysis of results.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders across EMEA to review employee compensation, including base pay, target compensation, and job levelling.
  • Support the annual compensation cycle and assist in preparing data-driven presentations and insights.
  • Maintain and manage compensation data within HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-3 years of HR experience in a medium to large organisation, with a focus on compensation analysis and administration across EMEA.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, working with multiple data sources).
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Exposure to EMEA benefits administration is a plus.
  • Fluency in an additional European language is advantageous.
