In this role you will: Support arranging Governance Committee meetings Company Secretary administrative duties Assist Committee CoordinatorsYour essential background and experience will include: 6 – 8 years minimum experience as a Company Secretary in Financial Services or a corporate regulated environment Previous Company Secretarial experience servicing committees or boards is essential.
