Location: Croydon - Addington Heights CR0 0DN or Cherry Hub CR0 2BY - Fully Office Based

Hourly rate: £17.59 PAYE / £23.24 UMB Per Hour

Contract Length: 12-month contract (possibility of extension)

Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 36 hours

About the Role

As a Community Support Worker, you will support adults aged 19+ with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs through engaging, person-centred activities both within our hubs and out in the local community. You will use approaches such as Active Support and Positive Behaviour Support to help people participate in meaningful sessions including:

  • Cooking and independent living skills
  • Communication activities
  • Music and dance sessions
  • Community access and social inclusion activities
  • Health and wellbeing support
