The ideal candidate is a community builder, a change practitioner, and a storyteller who understands human adoption patterns and can translate AI strategy into practical, engaging grassroots activation.

What you’ll be doing

    • Build structures that enhance capability, connection, and credibility, reflecting the monthly mission‑based cadence.
    • Define clear roles, expectations, development paths, reapplication processes, and recognition models for ambassadors.
  • Lead Community Engagement & Activation
    • Design and run community programs (monthly missions, Q&A sessions, spotlights, regional meetups, show‑and‑tell sessions).
    • Create safe spaces for peer learning, sharing use cases, and surfacing real adoption blockers—supporting decentralised, peer‑driven enablement.
    • Elevate ambassador storytelling to spark awareness and excitement across teams, aligned with toolkit principles around promoting success stories and practical examples.
  • Drive Change Management for AI Adoption
    • Use structured change and adoption models (Awareness → Understanding → Acceptance → Adoption → Commitment) to guide stakeholders and ambassadors through the change journey.
    • Partner with ambassadors to reduce friction, build local trust, and normalise responsible experimentation with everyday AI tools.
    • Equip ambassadors to lead empathy‑driven conversations that ease transitions and support behaviour change.
  • Build and Curate Community Resources
    • Create toolkits, playbooks, facilitation guides, mission briefs, and engagement assets that enable ambassadors to confidently activate colleagues.
    • Maintain and evolve central resource hubs (Teams sites, shared spaces), ensuring content is fresh, accessible, and aligned with the group’s AI narrative and responsible AI principles.
    • Collaborate with our Senior Learning Solutions Manager to integrate ambassador‑specific versions of learning materials.
  • Manage Community Communications
    • Develop communications that clarify direction, reduce noise, and align messaging across global teams—reflecting the structured, people‑centric communication patterns.
    • Work with the Comms team to publish monthly updates, success stories, reminders, and campaign content.
    • Create simple, compelling narratives that help colleagues understand why AI matters and how to adopt it responsibly.
  • Measure Network Health & Impact
    • Define and track KPIs such as engagement, mission completion, regional participation, ambassador confidence, and local adoption outcomes.
    • Use ambassador insights as a feedback loop to SparkAI—surfacing barriers, sentiment, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Continuously refine programs based on data, ambassador feedback, and change adoption signals.

About you

  • Experience in community management, change management, employee engagement, or transformation roles is a strong asset.
  • Experience running global community programs or ambassador networks at scale is a strong asset.
  • Strong grounding in change management principles (e.g., ADKAR‑like models).
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
