Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management

utilise Excel and Word for reporting and communication

Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)

Strong customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Prior experience in administration or a similar role

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)

Experience within the retail sector

Familiarity with data entry processes

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Strong communication skills

Technologies

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

CRM software (preferred but not essential)
