Adecco are recruiting on behalf of a London local authority for an experienced Commercial Lead to deliver significant procurement and commercial savings across a diverse portfolio of contracts and suppliers. This is a hands-on role requiring a commercially astute professional who can identify opportunities, engage stakeholders, and deliver tangible, cashable savings through effective negotiation, contract management, and strategic procurement activity.
The Role
As the Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for driving savings initiatives across contract renewals, supplier negotiations, spend consolidation, benchmarking exercises, and procurement opportunities. Working closely with finance teams and service areas, you will play a key role in supporting budget reduction targets and maximising commercial value.
