Position Details:

What You’ll Be Doing: This is a hands-on, player-coach role where you will be close to the team and involved in day-to-day collections activity while developing your leadership capability. You will:
- Support the day-to-day performance of a collections team, ensuring KPIs and quality standards are met
- Lead by example, remaining close to customer activity (calls, escalations, problem cases)
