Pay: £13.55 per hour (inclusive of evening shift uplift)
Hours: Part-Time - Up to 28 hours per week
Working Pattern:
- Sunday: 5:00pm - Midnight
- Monday to Friday: 7:00pm - Midnight
Job Role:
- Process high volumes of customer orders received via:
- Voicemail
- Online ordering portals
- Enter orders accurately and efficiently within order cut-off times.
- Monitor and manage the sales inbox, prioritising urgent customer requests.
- Process customer credits and assist with account enquiries.
- Respond to customer enquiries via live chat and email.
- Make outbound calls to resolve:
- Order queries
- Product shortages
- Customer complaints
- Work closely with our Night Assembly Team to ensure orders are ready before nightly dispatch deadlines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update company systems.
- Deliver exceptional accuracy while working to strict deadlines.
