Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client files from opening through to closure, including compliance checks and data updates
  • Prepare and format documents, correspondence and files
  • Support billing processes and liaise with finance colleagues
  • Handle incoming calls and assist with client queries
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the team

About You

  • Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional and client focused approach
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Competent IT skills with experience using case management systems preferred
  • Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
