Client Service Executive
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Executive to join our team. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will take ownership of projects from initial handover through to delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage.
You will act as the key point of contact for clients, working closely with Sales and Production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of live client projects and orders
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication
- Provide clear and timely updates on production status and project progress
- Support the Sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and conversions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity within CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive)
- Assist clients in decision-making by providing technical and commercial guidance
- Monitor production capacity and ensure deadlines and milestones are achieved
- Identify and elevate any operational or service issues where required
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and client experience
About You

- Experience in a fast-paced client services or account management role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify potential risks
- Confidence to challenge and influence internally to deliver the best outcomes for clients
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with CRM and MIS systems
