Our client, a leading client focused company, is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join their dynamic team. As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships. Your excellent telephone manner and ability to deliver exceptional customer service will be the key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction

Handling incoming client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses

Processing sales orders and ensuring they are delivered to clients in a timely manner

Collaborating with other teams, such as the sales team, to provide seamless service to clients

Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients

Monitoring client accounts and maintaining accurate client records

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or client relationship role

Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in sales order processing systems

Salary and Benefits:
