We are seeking an experienced Client Software Success Manager eager to join a rapidly expanding tech organization. Ideal candidates will be adept at navigating a fast-paced, ever-changing company environment and managing a busy team. This role requires experience with technology products in a software or technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Provide clients with product demonstrations, ensuring a customer-first mindset.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical operations teams and product teams to improve products and address issues.
  • Training and Support: Offer training sessions, assist with post-sales activities, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally for client meetings and demonstrations.

Qualifications:
