Job Title: Client Affairs Officer – Part Time
Hours: 18 hours a week
Hours are flexible within the 9am-5pm window, Mon/Tue & Wednesday 6 hours
Rate: PAYE 22.08 hour
Term: Temporary – TBC

About the Role:
As a Client Affairs Officer, you\’ll play a vital role in providing comprehensive support within the Adult Social Care sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Case Management: Efficiently managing Deputy-ship, Appointee-ship, and Property Protection cases.
- Expert Guidance: Offering consultancy to both council staff and external colleagues on financial affairs and legislation.
- Financial Oversight: Preparing accurate financial reports and managing budgets for clients.
- Community Support: Engaging with clients and their families, providing essential advice on financial matters.
