This is a hands‑on, labour‑intensive role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying active while delivering excellent service. You'll play a key role in ensuring vital energy supplies reach our customers safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a Class 2 HGV vehicle in full compliance with road traffic and safety regulations
  • Churn (handle, move, and exchange) gas cylinders as part of daily deliveries – this is a physically demanding role
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements including Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive, and relevant legislation
  • Complete vehicle checks and promptly report any faults or incidents
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Licence
  • ADR Licence – Class 2 (Gas)
  • Valid Driver CPC (DCPC)
  • A good understanding of tachograph regulations and driver hours
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks

Desirable:

  • Experience in a similar multi‑drop or gas delivery role
  • ADR certification covering packaged and/or tanked goods
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
