Role Overview
As the QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within the ECB Comprehensive Assessment project. Your focus will be on Asset Quality Review (AQR), Stress Testing, business analysis, test environment management, and effective bug management. You will lead a team of QA analysts to ensure the highest standards of data quality and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AQR DataMart testing, ensuring accurate data flow for AQR Template generation.
- Engage stakeholders effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Consult with business, compliance, data governance, and IT on AQR data points and transformations.
- Perform detailed data analysis, testing, and validation, identifying issues within E2E architecture.
- Mentor junior QA analysts on data validation techniques and E2E system integration testing.
- Maintain accurate Test Scenarios and Regression packs within XRAY, Jira, and Confluence.
- Adhere to Agile delivery methodologies for optimal results.
- Manage testing for stress test templates, ensuring compliance and data flow meet business requirements.
- Validate data for the generation of business test cases and template accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Work alongside business teams and technical analysts to review test requirements and identify Use-Cases.
- Assist with regression testing for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when necessary.
- Ensure appropriate testing environments are available for test automation.
- Oversee test data management for executing automation packs.
- Analyze and document bug reports following established processes.
- Trace test cases and results back to quality risks for thorough analysis.
- Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts to clarify test automation requirements.
- Communicate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure alignment on acceptance criteria.
- Liaise with business owners and data governance to collate necessary project artifacts.
- Provide management with accurate estimates for task durations and dependencies.
- Coordinate day-to-day testing activities, managing expectations of stakeholders and project leads.

- Proven experience in a QA lead role within the investment banking sector.
- Strong understanding of data quality assurance, testing methodologies, and Agile practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, XRAY, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
